SI Prabhakar Reddy Suicide Case Report

Additional DG Gopi Krishna submitted a 4-page report on the suicide of Kukunoorpally Sub Inspector Prabhakar Reddy to Telangana DGP.
As per the report, SI Prabhakar Reddy was scared that his name would surface in the suicide of Beautician Sirisha. Hence, He committed suicide around 11 AM on June 14th using the service revolver.
About 27 People have been questioned in connection with SI suicide case. SI Prabhakar Reddy is in regular touch with Banjara Hills SI K Harinder who happens to be his batch mate. It was SI Harinder who suggested Rajiv & Sirisha to approach Prabhakar Reddy for settling the dispute.
SI Prabhakar Reddy attempted to rape Sirisha at the police quarters in Kukunoorpally. Sirisha was left devastated and committed suicide at the studio on the same day. Rajiv and Sravan were taken into custody and sent to remand.
