How Calvin behaved in Police Custody?

The name of Calvin became quite popular after he was nabbed by the Excise Enforcement Department for operating a massive drug racket in Hyderabad. Not only does he sells the banned substance, but the kingpin is also a drug addict. So, He is behaving in an abnormal manner in the police custody as there is no access to LSD since his arrest.
Calvin has been pleading the Investigative Officers to offer him at least a small quantify of drug. He is suffering lot of pain since his arrest. At times, The Drug Peddler even demanded biryani and cigarettes.
If the media reports are true, Calvin exuded confidence that he will walk out of prison soon. He even cited how he managed to go out of jail after his arrest in 2013 as an example.
How will Telangana Government deal with repeated offenders like Calvin? Will a new Law punishing such culprits for life term will be introduced? That's the only way to spread fear among drug peddlers!
