Sachin - Fulfill Promises before moving to Next!

People of Nellore district share a special bond with Sachin Tendulkar for two reasons - i) Purchase of land in Kadaluru village at Thada Mandal, ii) Adoption Puttamraju Kandriga Village under Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana.
When Sachin toured Puttamraju Kandriga village in 2014, People chanted 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.. Sachin Tendulkar Superstar' to show their gratitude. Sachin assured the Villagers that their problems will be addressed at the earliest.
Sachin allotted Rs 2.99 crore from MPLADS towards the development works of Puttamraju Kandriga village. Using these funds, Drinking water has been provided, Roads have been laid, School & Community hall were constructed. For the Water Scheme alone, Sachin sanctioned Rs 90 lakhs.
However, There isn't much change in the financial positions of Villagers. No financial assistance has been provided to Women, Promise to provide a playground for Youth wasn't fulfilled, No measures to improve the education standards and sanction of computers to students.
Puttamraju Kandriga villagers have been eagerly waiting for the 2nd visit of Sachin but that didn't happen in the past two years. Sachin need to focus on making Puttamraju Kandriga a model village and that's when the whole country gets inspired by the good work done. What is the use to adopting another village even before the fulfillment of promises made to villagers of Puttamraju Kandriga?
