Sandra Venkata Veeraiah remained loyal to TDP Leadership though he was caught red handed in the cash-for-vote case. He was able to get re-elected from Sathupalli in the recent Assembly Polls inspite of contesting on TDP Ticket. TDP Leadership kept offering ample prominence to Sandra. He was appointed as TTD Working Board Member for two consecutive terms.
Much to everyone's shock, AP Government passed an order ousting Sandra Venkata Veeraiah as TTD Board Member. Activities of Sitting MLA to defect to Ruling TRS is the reason behind this sensational decision.
KCR seems to be keen to welcome the Two TDP MLAs in Telangana into the party for fulfilling his dream. Talks were held with Aswaraopeta MLA Mocha Nageswara Rao as well for accomplishing the mission. However, Nageswara Rao denied having any plans to leave TDP.
Whereas, The movements of Sandra were suspicious since the past two months. TDP reached a conclusion that Sandra would join TRS anytime soon and sacked him citing he didn't take part in swearing-in even after 30 days of his appointment.
