Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan has been booked for allegedly creating ruckus and damaging Railway property on January 23rd, 2017. Confused? Here is the actual storyâ¦
As part of the promotions of his upcoming flick 'Raees', Shahrukh Khan arrived to the Kota Railway Station. The was a chaos in the railway station as people competed to catch a glimpse of King Khan. In this incident, Even a person lost his life.
Vikram Singh, a vendor at Kota railway station, lodged a complaint against Shahrukh Khan for alleged rioting and damaging railway property. He says, 'SRK through something in the air while standing at the gate of the coach of August Kranti Rajdhani Express train and people hurried to grab it. That's when my trolley overturned and it got damaged. Even I suffered an injury'.
A Case under Sections 427, 147, 149 and 160 of IPC was booked. Even Sections 145 and 146 Railway Act, Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act has been used.
