Snapchat not for Poor Country like India: CEO
X
A former Employee accused Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel of showing disinterest to expand operations to countries like India.

In his lawsuit filed against Snapchat, Ex-Employee Anthony Pompliano alleged that Evan Spiegel once told him that the App is only for the rich people and not for poor nations such as India and Spain. He also says Snapchat has misinformed the users about the key metrics.

Snapchat, however, rubbished these allegations. It went on to say that Anthony Pompliano knew nothing about Snapchat's current metric.

With over 500 million downloads on Play Store, Snap Chat is the most popular image messaging App. Stanford University graduates Evan Spiegel, Bobby Murphy and Reggie Brown developed it. The company raise $3.4 billion through Initial Public Offering (IPO). It's market valuation of $24 billion is double to that of Twitter.
