Supreme Court on Monday directed BCCI to deal the issue of N Srinivasan's conflict of interest in Cricket Administration on its own. The Apex Court made it clear it can't monitor the case on constant basis and its the BCCI to decide whether conflict of interest still exists with Srinivasan.

The Bench made these comments when BCCI sought legal clarity on whether former BCCI chief N Srinivasan can attend the high-level meetings of the Board. "If BCCI has taken a decision to disqualify N Srinivasan on grounds of conflict of interest, then stick to it. If Srinivasan has any issues with it, let him approach the court," said the Judges.

Counsel of BCCI argued conflict of interest still exist in the case of N Srinivasan inspite of transfer of Chennai Super Kings shares and hence he can't be allowed to attend Board Meetings.

On August 28th this year, A crucial Working Committee Meeting held in Kolkata has been adjourned just because N Srinivasan was present on behalf of Tamil Nadu Cricket Association.

In January 2015, A Supreme Court bench which was hearing the 2013 IPL betting and spot-fixing case declared N Srinivasan who owns IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings shouldn't attend BCCI meetings until he receives a clean chit on issues related to conflict of interest. The Top Court Today sticked to the same decision only to worry N Srinivasan.
