The biggest point of discussion in the political circles in Andhra Pradesh is - where is Lokesh? He has not been seen or heard ever since his fate was sealed in the EVMs. He was not seen at any review meetings or even the TDP core group conclaves.
While Chandrababu continues to be in the news through his Delhi or Kolkata visits or even through his spate of review meetings, nothing is heard about Lokesh. He is completely off media.
This has become a hot topic of discussion even within the TDP circles. Maeny feel that fear of electoral defeat is stalking Lokesh and that he has realised that things weren’t all too favourable for him at Mangalagiri. Sitting YSRCP MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy proved to be a tough nut to crack. If he loses, then that would be the end of career for Lokesh. He cannot even hoped to inspire confidence as a strong leader for the party workers. Sources say that Lokesh will be seen in public only after the results are out.
