Unlike leaders of most of the political parties, TRS Topbrass is very particular about their fitness. This is how they were remaining healthy all the time and maintaining impressive energy levels despite heavy workload.

IT Minister KTR eats only a fruit in the afternoon and that's his lunch. Once in a while, He prefers other food but remains very particular about calories intake.

Irrigation Minister Harish Rao keeps himself busy with review meetings, constituency visits and other official work from morning to evening. He, however, doesn't miss either lunch or dinner no matter how busy he could be. If at all he misses Lunch, Snack prepared with corn will be consumed in the evening. He would have a fruit for Dinner.

Not just KTR and Harish Rao, Few other TRS Leaders have become health conscious and giving utmost importance to their fitness. They not only maintain timings but also remain particular about what should be eaten. Even workouts have been done regularly. Minister Jupally Krishna Rao does swimming for 1 hour per day whenever he is in Hyderabad. MP Vinod skips lunch and prefers drinking butter milk. Most of the TRS Leaders have reduced White Rice intake. Instead, They have been preferring brown rice, juices and chapatis.
