Are TRS & AAP moving closer?

Is there a possibility of 4th Front in Indian Politics any time soon? Can Regional Parties come together to emerge as an alternative to BJP, Congress & Left Parties? Are TRS & AAP which are pretty strong in their respective states preparing the platform for it?
Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia met Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao in Assembly during his Hyderabad tour. Later, He visited T-Hub and appreciated the TRS Government for the development activities. 'Incubators and Start-ups have been encouraged with T-Hub. We are planning to implement the same in Delhi as well with the cooperation of Telangana. The youngest state is racing ahead using the latest technology effectively,' he lauds.
Manish Sisodia commented that future will decide whether TRS and AAP could join hands or not. He stressed the need to take decisions keeping the interests of the nation in mind.
On a finishing node, Mr.Sisodia claimed to have gone fidaa with the beautiful climate in Hyderabad. 'In Delhi, There is no possibility of seeing the sky,' he quipped.
