'Indians - Don't speak in your Mother Tongue in US'

Rising hate crimes in USA in the recent past has only been worrying the Indians. The shocking murder of Hyderabad-based engineer Srinivas Kanchibotla in Kansas made the minorities feel insecure in America. Already, Posts appealing Indians to stop speaking Hindi or any other Indian language at the public places in US went viral.
Telangana American Telugu Association (TATA) Chief Secretary Vikram Jangam appealed Indians and people South Asian Countries to follow the below guidelines.
i) Don't argue with anyone in Public Places
ii) If someone tries to provoke you, Just leave the spot immediately.
iii) Others might misjudge the Love for our mother tongue. Prefer speaking only in English while being at public places.
iv) Attackers might mostly prefer deserted places. So, Prefer avoiding going to anywhere lonely.
v) Feel free to dial 911 in emergency situation
vi) Keep an eye on your surroundings, raise the alarm if something is wrong.
