With the help of a Lawyer, The 36-Year-Old moved Supreme Court seeking declaration of Triple Talaq, Nikah Halala (woman who wish to remarry her first husband had to marry someone else and get divorced) and Multiple Marriages of Muslim Men as illegal. NDA Government filed an affidavit against Triple Talaq after Bano approached SC.
