No Respect For Gandhi..That Hurt Me!: KTR

TRS Working President came down heavily on BJP's style of functioning and the manner in which it's branding everyone who opposes it becomes Anti-National.
Addressing the gathering, KTR said: 'During 2019 Elections, BJP Candidate Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur declared Nathuram Godse is a freedom fighter. I felt really bad listening to something like that and placed a tweet condemning it. The kind of reactions from the supporters of BJP and Sadhvi Pragya Singh had really hurt Me. I had no clue when a lot of people came in support of such a person. Absolutely, No respect for Father Of The Nation Gandhi in this country. Why I am saying it is because there were lot of such incidents. You can't mix Religion and Politics. Ours isn't not a religious nation, but a secular state. But now, The situation is such that Religion, Politics and Patriotism are so attached to each other. All those who oppose BJP are branded as Anti-Nationals. KCR keeps saying History is nothing but the end result of friction between Pro & Anti Groups. The conflict among ideologies of the present generation might prove costly for future generations. What is that we want to offer to our children & their children? If this situation continues, Future Generations won't feel the pride we have as citizens of this nation'.
The emotional outburst of KTR is like a wake-up call for all. It's high time people realize and refrain from fall in the trap set by political parties.
