Jubilee Hills Police presented the Man behind the robbery in Chiranjeevi's house before the media. Chennaiah, a servant working in Megastar's residence since the past decade, has been behind the thefts happening over the years.
As per ACP Srinivas, Chennaiah noticed that Chiru's Manager Gangadhar placed Rs 4 lakh in the Actor's Office. Chennaiah stolen Rs 2 lakh from it when nobody was around. Out of suspicion on Chennaiah, Gangadhar lodged a complaint with Jubilee Hills Police. Chennaiah confessed stealing the money during the interrogation. Rs 1.5 lakh has been recovered from him by the cops.
Chennaiah is from Kurnool district. He is staying at Borabanda since some time. If the media reports are true, He purchased two plots on the outskirts of Hyderabad with Rs 16 lakh stolen from Chiru's residence.
