We all know that drugs issue is rocking the Tollywood & two Telugu states right now. SIT is presently investigating the case and they have already questioned celebrities like Puri Jagannadh.. Shyam K. Naidu.. Subbaraju.. Tarun. SIT officials are questioning the celebrities one by one. Based on the information given by them, investigators are getting ready to serve second round of notices to others involved in the issue.

With the ongoing investigation, several doubts are popping up in the minds of audience about the future of these celebrities. Whether these celebrities will be arrested by the police department.. will these celebrities land into jail? Let us have a look at the possibilities. Legal experts are of the opinion that these celebrities can easily come out of the issue.. and they are quoting the rules and regulations in the Law in support of their argument.

They are saying that police department doesn't have solid proof to book cases against these celebrities, except the phone numbers in the contact list of drug peddler and allegations made by the drug peddler. Police are said to be questioning film celebrities without doing on proper investigation beforehand.. and it is going to become an advantage for the celebrities.

As per the Narcotics Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act 1985.. police have the option to book non-bailable cases against the peddlers who are caught with high quantity of drugs. If they are caught with small quantities, it is easy to get bail. Even if they are arrested, they can easily get bail in a few days if they engage a good advocate. It is difficult to prosecute these celebrities unless they find considerable quantity of drugs with the celebrities. If the allegations are only on the usage of the drugs, they might be sent to de-addiction centers based on their request.
