Exercise Increased Caution: US Tells Citizens Visiting India!

A New Travel Advisory issued by the State Department in the best interest of US Citizens came as a surprise. Trump Administration advised its citizens to 'Exercise Increased Caution' while travelling to India.
Actually, US divided the other Nations into Four Levels depending on the risk factor.
Level 1: Exercise Normal Precaution
Level 2: Exercise Increased Caution
Level 3: Reconsider Travel
Level 4: Do Not Travel
Though India was placed in Level 2, US Citizens are advised not to travel to the sensitive Jammu & Kashmir (exempting Ladakh and Leh) and maintain a safe distance of 10 miles from the India-Pakistan border. Growing sexual assaults and terrorist attacks in India has been highlighted.
US placed Pakistan in 'Level 3: Reconsider Travel' due to terrorism. Recently, Trump Administration stopped offering financial aid to Pakistan citing the same reason.
