File Counter To My Affidavit: Undavalli to CBN

Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar held a press conference in New Delhi Today to make a suggestion for TDP Government if it's really willing to approach court for the sake of AP's rights.
Undavalli: 'Why Modi Govt isn't ready for debate on No Confidence Modi despite having majority? CM Chandrababu has been delivering hours-long speeches in Assembly since three days. He even declared TDP Government would move the court for justice if needed. Already, I had filed a writ petition in Supreme Court. After watching Tuesday's Parliament Proceedings, I had attached additional information affidavit to the writ petition. It have details of Book penned by Me questioning whether AP Reorganization Bill was passed in Lok Sabha on 18-02-2014. Even PM Modi questioned Congress in Parliament how it passed the Bifurcation Bill closing the doors. Will the bill get passed without BJP's support? Now, I appeal AP Government to file a counter on affidavit submitted by Me listing out the facts so that State will get benefited by it'.
He further added, 'Why didn't State Government file counter to petition moved by KVP in High Court regarding 100 percent funding Centre should provide for Polavaram? We are not asking Government to support our version but speak out the facts by not bothering about political gains for time being'.
