Saudi Arabia Cops have arrested a Young Woman for wearing a miniskirt in public and sharing the video online. The viral video sparked a controversy and people accused her of violating the Islamic dress code.
In the Snapchat video, The Woman wearing crop top & miniskirt was seen visiting a historic village that's located north of the Capital.
Media in Saudi found fault with the Woman for immodest dressing which is against the conservative values of the kingdom. This case was referred to country's public prosecutor.
Saudi Arabia has set a dress code for Men and Woman. Women, in particular, were barred from showing their faces and legs. They have to wear loose-long robes and cover their face while being in public.
