Bollywood Star Discusses Rajamouli Idea, But No Worries

There is no debating the fact that SS Rajamouli is the most celebrated commercial film maker in Indian Cinema at the moment. The kind of stuff he is putting up on the big screens is next to none as he is consistently delivering world-class cinema for the domestic audience.

In this context, there is an interesting occurrence in Indian cinema as a Bollywood superstar has discussed the idea proposed by Rajamouli, which has been in his mind for many years now.

It is known that Rajamouli is crazy about the idea of making Mahabharatha on the big screens. On several occasions in the past, Rajamouli has confirmed that Mahabharata is his dream project, and this will cap of his career. He intends to keep this film as the final project in his career and has already projected that it would take him at least 10 years to make this multipart franchise.

In the meanwhile, Bollywood superstar, Aamir Khan has also discussed the idea of making Mahabharatha for the big screen. He commented that he is indicating the possibility of bringing Mahabharata to life and added that related back and activities are also going on.

Aamir commented that Mahabharata is a part and parcel of the larger community in India and he wishes to bring this epic to life. Though he did not reveal that this project is in the production phase now, or did he confirm the director of the same but he certainly exhibited his idea to make Mahabharata one.

Interestingly, enough, two of the biggest names in Indian cinema are actively discussing the idea of Mahabharat as both Rajamouli and Aamir are intending to bring this epic to life.

But this might not be a cause of concern because of the daringly different working styles of these two film makers. Rajamouli is a larger-than-life director who spends a lot on the post production and VFX works.

Aamir Khan, on the other hand is a conservative actor who wishes to make the most of the limited resources that are at his disposal. Moreover, has discussed the Mahabharata idea as a singular part film, which is completely different when we compare it with Rajamouli’s idea who wants to make it as a five-part film.
