Tabu Opens Up About Her Early Career Influences

In a recent Instagram post shared by Filmfare, the talented actress Tabu opened up on on the early days of her career. She spoke warmly about how filmmaker and writer Gulzar gave her freedom to perform and express herself naturally. Tabu mentioned that this freedom helped shape her acting style and gave her confidence in her abilities.

She also praised director Vishal Bharadwaj who introduced her to a unique style of cinema through the film Maqbool. She said his vision changed the way she looked at acting and storytelling. According to Tabu, both Gulzar and Bharadwaj had a strong impact on her career and taught her valuable lessons at a young age. She added, “These people have a huge impact. They shift something very important in the way you work, especially when you’re younger. They leave a lasting impression.”
