Akhil In Lenin Hangover, Makes A Mass Move?

The successes of one particular film sometimes make a hero into a star or push them into a direction that they are not supposed to go. There are times when heroes like Prabhas, who got success with Baahubali, haven’t done such films again, but picked up fantasy, stylish-thriller, love story, war drama and other stories. Then come other heroes who want to repeat the content of their last film.
Reports are coming that Akhil Akkineni, who has scored the first blockbuster of his career, is now thinking of doing a film with none other than Boyapati Sreenu. Definitely, this is coming out of a “Lenin” hangover for the actor, as doing a film with Boyapati would be nothing but extending the Lenin-like content. Similar mass fights, moments, elevations and heroism are what the director is known for, and Akhil would fall into a groove easily.
At a time when Akhil has to experiment with other genres and make content that would engage and entertain rather than elevations and mass-centric, many are wondering why the hero would pick up a Boyapati film. Fans are hoping that this is just a rumour, as they don’t want Akhil to fall into that mass slot and lose his rhythm again.
