Lenin Teaser Talk: Akhil & Bhagyashree Impresses Big Time

Akkineni camp’s youngest hero, Akhil, is taking a huge time with his new movie, which happens to be Lenin, bankrolled by Annapurna Studios and Sithara Entertainment. The film’s date-announcement teaser, which is cutely titled “Manodu Vastunnadu” is out now. While June 26th is the arrival date of Lenin, surely the teaser is doing more talking than anyone would expect.

Of course, the teaser gives Rangasthalam-meets-Rayalaseema vibes, but the way both Akhil and Bhagyashree nailed the Rayalaseema dialect, body language, and the love sparkles are worth watching, if the teaser is anything to go by. On the story part, it might look familiar, but it’s the Rayalaseema angle that really works out in the film might be an asset. On the other hand, especially, the love story looks like a very intense one, judging by the teaser’s drama. Also, Bhagyashree’s act as a stage artist inside the teaser is very impressive. Coming to Akhil, his maturity as an actor is a takeaway.

Written and directed by Murali Kishor Abburu, the film was originally bankrolled by Sithara and believing in the content of the movie, Nagarjuna Akkineni decided to join the movie as a co-producer. He then became a partner in the film, and also said to have moderated all the aspects of the movie, including taking care of it in the editing room. And with that confidence, Nagarjuna is saying that Lenin is the film that’s going to showcase Akhil 2.0 to the world.
