Ramam: The Rise of Akira announced on Sri Rama Navami

To mark the special occasion of Sri Rama Navami, Chitralayam Studios has announced a new pan-India film titled Ramam. The film is being produced by Venu Donepudi and carries the interesting tagline The Rise of Akira. A young actor from the Telugu film industry will play the lead role.

This upcoming film will present a story inspired by the life and values of Lord Rama. Much like how Lord Rama stood for truth and righteousness, the film’s storyline follows a brave warrior whose journey has never been seen before in Indian cinema. The makers aim to bring a fresh narrative that reflects Lord Rama’s ideals in a modern-day context.

Venu Donepudi has chosen a new but talented director, Lokamanya, to lead this project. Lokamanya has worked closely with many senior filmmakers in the industry and is now stepping into the director’s seat for Ramam. The film is being planned with a large budget and will be made with international-level technical standards, aiming to appeal to audiences across India.

On Sri Rama Navami, a festival that holds deep spiritual value in Indian culture, the makers officially revealed the title Ramam and released a motion poster. The announcement was made with the hope that the blessings of Lord Rama will guide the success of the film.
