Allu Arjun launched in one of the most prestigious and ambitious projects in recent times in the form of the Allu Cinemas at the KokaPet area in Hyderabad.

A new discussion started in Tollywood after a unique move by Allu Arjun at the newly opened Allu Cinemas multiplex in Kokapet, Hyderabad.

Instead of using the current popular titles of stars, the theatre reportedly displayed many actors with their old or vintage taglines, which surprised fans and film observers.

Interestingly, Allu Arjun himself is now widely known as “Icon Star”, but at the multiplex his name appears with the old title “Stylish Star” that he used earlier in his career. Similarly, Mahesh Babu is shown with his earlier tag “Prince”, even though he is popularly called “Superstar” today.

The theatre also used older or nostalgic labels for several other stars. Prabhas appears with the tag “Darling” instead of the widely used “Rebel Star”. Ram Charan is referred to with his nickname “Cherry” rather than “Mega Power Star”. Kamal Haasan is listed with the relatively lesser known title “Kalai Gnani.”

In another interesting touch, N. T. Rama Rao Jr. is addressed as “Tarak” with the tag “Tiger.” For senior stars, the multiplex retained familiar titles such as Megastar for Chiranjeevi, Power Star for Pawan Kalyan, King for Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Victory for Venkatesh Daggubati.

This creative decision has sparked conversation among fans, as it brings back nostalgic memories of how these stars were once introduced to audiences before their titles evolved with growing stardom. Many see it as a fun tribute to the earlier phases of these actors’ careers.
