The search for the perfect girl to do a special number in 'Pushpa 2' has been going on since the past year. There were many speculations and big names were linked starting from rising actresses to Bollywood star heroines. But the team failed to finalise any one of them till date and the song shooting kept on getting delayed.

But the latest we hear is that the team has okayed 'Animal' beauty Tripti Dimri. The glamorous girl did many beautiful films like 'Qala', 'Bulbul' and others before becoming a sensation due to her brief role in 'Animal'. She arrived with 'Bad Newwz' recently and is also doing interesting projects like 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3', 'Dhadak 2', 'Vicky Vidya Ka Who Wala Video' and others.

Though Janhvi Kapoor was the initial choice according to reports, she is working as a heroine in both NTR and Ram Charan's films now. Doing an item song may have a negative effect on her career. The huge remuneration demanded might be another big reason too. It looks like Tripti is going to be the beauty to shake a leg with Allu Arjun in the most-awaited item number.
