Reddit ‘Raaka’ Plot: Troll Material or Possibility?

There’s this ongoing belief on social media that Reddit theories are never fully wrong. They might sound crazy, but somewhere, they hit a nerve. Now, after Pushpa star Allu Arjun’s first look from Raaka dropped, one such Reddit user went all in and “predicted” the entire plot of the film directed by Atlee. And it’s wild.

The theory says Bunny was born in another universe. His parents, played by Deepika and Allu Arjun, are warrior royals. Enter the evil uncle trope. A cursed, bald antagonist who attacks during childbirth, forcing the infant to be sent to Earth for safety. Sounds familiar? “Man of Steel” and “Superman” zone for sure.

Cut to 25 years later. The hero grows up as a normal guy, has a girlfriend (Rashmika), and lives like a pacifist despite having insane strength. Just before his birthday, things flip. Mrunal Thakur enters from the “original world” and reveals his backstory. Then comes the twist. Rashmika isn’t just the girlfriend. She’s actually planted by the villain as a general, whose job is to keep him emotionally weak and unaware of his powers. From there, it’s full Atlee mode: Dimension jumping, emotional triggers, betrayal, and a “Super Icon Star” transformation moment.

Add an item number with Janhvi Kapoor, a final battle, a sacrifice angle, and a king’s rise arc, and it’s going to be a full package. Expectedly, social media had a field day with this story as trolls called it overcooked and memes everywhere. However, with Atlee known for borrowed inspirations, familiar emotional beats, double-role or identity twists, this Reddit story might hold good too. That’s why people aren’t fully dismissing it either.
