Allu Arjun Is Becoming The Big Replacement Now

One of the happening stars of the country right now is Allu Arjun, whose last outing, Pushpa 2 has done the unthinkable at the Bollywood box office. It took almost a year for the Bollywood industry to churn out a movie like Dhurandhar and break the record collections pocketed by Pushpa 2. Guess what, Allu Arjun is right now becoming the perfect replacement for directors who are getting stunned by Ranveer Singh.

Earlier, director Atlee was supposed to work with Ranveer Singh after the super success of his directorial Shah Rukh Khan’s 2023 film Jawan. However, that didn’t materialise for unknown reasons, finally Atlee started doing his film with Allu Arjun. Though the director stated that both are different stories, insiders believe that Allu Arjun has replaced Ranveer Singh. Looks like this happened for another time now.

Previously, it was heard that director Basil Joseph, who shot to nationwide fame after the success of his movie, Tovino Thomas starrer Minaal Murali, will do a superhero movie with Ranveer Singh. It was heard that the film is loosely based on the lines of the Shaktimaan TV serial. However, the film got scrapped, if sources are to be believed, but not like putting up the script, but actually Allu Arjun replacing Ranveer Singh. That’s twice in a row.

With Atlee’s film likely going to be a big fantasy sci-fi actioner, it looks like Allu Arjun is choosing only larger-than-life movies, with Lokesh Kanagaraj’s movie being a gangster drama, Basil Joseph carving out a superhero film, and Trivikram mostly doing a mythological film with him.
