A grand event was held in Chennai to launch the item song "Kissik" from Pushpa 2. Allu Arjun took the stage and spoke in his signature style. He expressed his gratitude to the people of Chennai. He said, "Salute to the land where I was born and to the people of Chennai. This is an unforgettable day. I've been waiting for this moment for many years. I’ve been part of the film industry for twenty years. I’ve promoted my films in other countries and states, but the feeling I get when I come to Chennai is unparalleled."

Allu Arjun also shared, "My journey began here and I have an emotional attachment to the city. Psychologically, they say your first twenty years shape your life, and I spent mine in Chennai. Whatever I’ve achieved, I dedicate it to this city. It’s part of my roots. Tamil culture has shaped me. Wherever I go I’m still a simple T-Nagar boy. Though I sometimes forget Tamil on stage with friends, I still speak it with ease."

He continued, "I worked hard for three years to deliver the wildest fire for Pushpa. I hope it ignites your hearts. It’s an honor to be here today. I’ve always wanted to do a grand function in Chennai. This marks a milestone in my life. I speak in Tamil to show respect to this land. If I go elsewhere, I speak the local language."

Talking about Devi Sri Prasad, he said, "Rock star Devi Sri Prasad is a superb music director and also my friend. He’s not just someone who creates incredible tracks; he pours love into his work. My journey wouldn’t have been possible without him. I am deeply grateful. Thank you, DSP!"

Allu Arjun also thanked the producers of Pushpa: Naveen, Ravi, and Cherry. He thanked the technicians, his co-actors, especially Rashmika and Sreeleela, and director Sukumar. He ended by expressing love for his fans, saying, "They’ve supported me all these years. I’ll bring wild fire to their hearts on December 5.”
