During an interview with Suma, Anjali revealed that for the first time in her career, she used foul language in the film. She even said the same to her team while dubbing for the film. She added that she doesn't use bad words in real life and found it interesting when Krishna Chaitanya approached her to play this role.

The director replied that Anjali is a proven artist and she could do any role. This is the reason for the director picking her and sources say that her character is going to be very viral in the movie's story. 'Gangs Of Godavari' is hitting the screens on 31st May. The songs turned out to be chartbusters and the teaser too grabbed a lot of attention. Vishwak's mass makeover has impressed big time and he plays the role of Rathna in the movie.

Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya are the producers. Krishna Chaitanya is the writer and director of this movie. The movie's cast includes Goparaju Ramana, Praveen, Hyper Aadi and others.
