Sankranthi 2020 is getting bigger with makers of high-budget films eyeing this festival season. At least, Three Star-Studded Movies could be clashing this time.
Mahesh Babu-Anil Ravipudi Project: Prince will join the shoot of Anil Ravipudi's flick soon after wrapping up Maharshi. Rashmika Mandanna is the female lead. Anil Sunkara, Dil Raju and GMB Entertainments bankroll it jointly. Makers want this movie to release for Sankranti 2020.
Allu Arjun-Trivikram Movie: After Julayi and S/o Satyamurthi, This hit combo is back again. Pre-production Work is in the last stage. Shoot begins either by April end or in May. Haarika & Haasini Creations produce this project. Pongal release is being planned.
Balakrishna-Boyapati Flick: This combination is one of the deadly ones in TFI. There is tremendous craze especially after 'Simha' and 'Legend'. Known to be Sankranthi hero, Balayya will plan it for festival by joining the shoot after elections.
There is talk about #Prabhas20 under the direction of 'Jil' fame Radhakrishna releasing for Sankranthi 2020 but that looks highly impossible. If 'Saaho' arrives for Independence Day, Can the shoot of this high-budget project made in multiple languages be completed by Pongal?
