Will 25th Film Sentiment Hit Mahesh Babu?

Update: 2018-07-06 13:31 GMT
Is the film industry suffering from 25th film sentiment? It appears so!! The track record is dismal. Take for instance Pantham, which is Gopichand's 25th film. The film has opened to lukewarm reception and might as well end up as a average film. Few days ago, Nithiin released his 25th film Chal Mohana Ranga amid lot of fanfare and everyone knows what's the outcome. Remember what happened to Pawan Kalyan's 25th film - Agnyaathavaasi. It was a massive flop and left director Trivikram Srinivas in doldrums and made Pawan to focus on politics.  Adaallu Meeku Joharlu was Chiru's 25th film and it ended up as a lukewarm fare.

The only exception is Venky's 25th Chanti, which was a remake of Hindi hit Anari. It was a passable hit. Similarly, NTR's 25th film Nannaku Premaku was a hit, but not a block-buster. So far, the 25th film of most heroes have ended up as either average films or flops. So, what will happen to the 25th film of Mahesh Babu?

Mahesh Babu has given a block buster with Bharat Ane Nenu, he now wants to score another hit. Now he is working with Vamsi Paidipally and this is Mahesh Babu's 25th film. So, given the sentiment, Mahesh fans are keeping their fingers crossed. They may have to bear the suspense till April 5, when the film gets released.
