His present remake projects include Tamil movie 'Asuran' remade as 'Narappa' in the direction of Srikanth Addala. The film was almost completed and just a 25 days shoot is remaining, said the producer Kalaipuli S Thanu.
Now, the latest buzz doing the rounds in Kollywood is that the producer Thanu has filed a lawsuit in the court saying that the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) has to provide medical insurance facility to the members of the council.
It is said that the Court is all set to hear the case of July 20. Let's see if he wins the case for the sake of producers! It is evident that Thanu in his three decades of film industry has served as TFPC President many times!
