Actress Rambha spoke at length about her film and television career in an interview to a Telugu Daily. She also shared memorable experience with Chiranjeevi while shooting for 'Hitler'.
Film Entry: 'It's like a miracle. My friends used to call me Jr Divya Bharti as some of our features match. It's because of this reason I was offered films of Divya Bharti after her death. My actual name was Vijayalakshmi. It was changed to Amrutha after film entry. I was introduced in Telugu as Rambha with 'Aa Okkati Adakku'.
Mega Offer: 'I was a fan of Chiranjeevi since my schooling days. Acting with him in 'Hitler' was a dream come true. Knowing that I was his fan, Chiru used to be very affectionate and treated me so well though he is a Superstar by then. It's his greatness'.
Producer: 'I burnt my hands by turning into Producer. I had to sell my house in Chennai to clear the debt after my first venture bombed. That's when I decided not to produce anymore'.
TV Shows: 'I am judging a children's show along with Sneha. Ready to act in films if suitable roles come my way'.
