'The Kashmir Files' which has hit the theatres recently is getting applause and support from all the corners. After common people and activists, the politicians are now standing in support of the films. A few states have already declared the film a tax-free one.
Days after meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the makers have now met the Union Home Minister Amit Shah. The meeting between the makers and the Home Minister took place earlier today at Amit Shah's residence at the national capital Delhi.
Sharing the news of meeting Amit Shah, director Vivek Agnihotri took to social media and showered praises on Amit Shah over his vision to have a peaceful Kashmir which would strengthen the brotherhood. He even thanked the Home Minister for his efforts for the human rights of people in the Kashmir valley.
âThanks a lot @amitshahofficial ji for your encouragement. Your consistent efforts for the human rights of Kashmiri people and security forces is commendable. Your vision for a peaceful and prosperous Kashmir will strengthen humanity and brotherhood,â the director said in his Instagram post.
âAfter the boldest decision of the abrogation of article 370 Amit Shah ji has started the process of bonding hearts. I have no doubt that Kashmir will emerge as an example of humanity and oneness for the world to follow.#RightToJustice,â Vivek Agnihotri added.
During the meeting, the makers thanked Amit Shah for his role in removing Article 370 and called it a bold decision. Besides Agnihotri, producer Abhishek Agarwal and actors Pallavi Joshi, Anupam Kher also met the Home Minister.
