Telugu warriors team captain and young hero Akhil Akkineni has suffered a muscular injury. He was injured in the recently concluded CCL final match where his team won the trophy. Akhil got an injury on his left hand and doctors have advised him for two weeks rest. The handsome hero is now spotted with a sling.
The injury was minor but Akhil doesn't want to take risk as he is planning to start shoot of his second film from mid of this year.
