Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar's cousin Sachin Kumar passed away on May 15, 2020, due to a heart attack. He acted in Ekta Kapoor's Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and had retired from acting and had turned photographer.
It has been reported that Sachin had celebrated his birthday on May 13 and passed away just 2 days after. Sachin shares a close bonding with Akshay. Akshay and his mother reached Sachin within an hour when he heard of his brother's demise.
Sachin used to stay at Oberoi Springs in Mumbai where several celebrities like Rajkummar Rao, Vicky Kaushal, Patralekhaa, and Chtirangada Sen and many others reside near to him.
It is learnt that Sachin Kumar went to sleep and did not open the door the next day. Somehow the family members opened the door and taken him to hospital, by the time they reached there the actor had passed away. Bollywood was shocked with the demise of Sachin and several stars conveyed their condolences to the family.
