In what it could be a shocker, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan tested positive for the ongoing pandemic and admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai for treatment accordingly.
The legendary actor himself revealed the news on the micro-blogging site Twitter. He urged people who came in contact with him to undergo pandemic tests as a safety measure.
"I have tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff undergone tests , results awaited .. All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested !" Amitabh Bachchan's Tweet read.
