Amitabh Bachchan had a unique birthday celebration on the sets of game show "Kaun Banega Crorepati" (KBC). The actor met a 100-year-old fan of his, who is suffering from Alzheimer's disease and the only thing she remembers is the megastar's name.
The actor will turn 71 Oct 11.
Bernandini D'souza, Amitabh's fan, is suffering from Alzheimer's disease. She doesn't remember anything, but what she doesn't forget is Amitabh. She eats her food only after looking at Big B's picture.
D'souza was overjoyed after meeting Amitabh and had tears in her eyes. She not just screamed his name, but also danced with the actor. The whole experience left Amitabh feeling overwhelmed.
Even the audience sang "Happy birthday" for Amitabh.

Buddha to be unveiled at Sarnath
The team of TV show "Buddha" will unveil in Sarnath, near Varanasi, the face of the actor who will play the title role in the show.
The makers have decided to launch it in Sarnath because Buddha first taught about 'dharma' there and the Buddhist sangha (community) also came into existence there, said a statement.
The actor who will essay Buddha on screen has undergone a solemn training regimen to depict the character precisely. He also underwent a 10-day course in vipassana, a form of meditation, as part of his exercise to know the character in depth.
"Buddha" comes on Zee TV.

Funnyman Johnny Lever recently made an appearance on TV show "Comedy Circus Ke Mahabali" and witnessed his daughter Jamie J performing live in front of him for the first time.
It was an overwhelming experience for Johnny, who came to promote "Boss" on the show.
Both father and daughter confessed that it was a precious moment for both of them and Jamie even thanked her dad for his unconditional support, said a statement.
And if that was not enough, they danced together on the song "Aslam bhai" and added zing to it with their one-liners.
