Another Interesting Title In Allu Arjun's Pushpa

Update: 2021-08-25 07:13 GMT
The makers of Allu Arjun's Pushpa have roped in noted actors from all across the country for important roles in the rustic action thriller. While Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil play the central roles, the likes of Rashmika Mandanna, Dhanunjaya, Sunil, Anasuya and others play supporting roles. The latest news is that there is another highly intriguing role in the Allu Arjun starrer and it will leave the audiences thrilled.

Apparently, noted Telugu character artist, Ajay is playing a pivotal role in Pushpa: The Rise. He will be seen as Allu Arjun's brother in the film. Ajay's character will fuel the narrative to an extent. Ajay plays a police officer in the film and his brutal killing will propel Allu Arjun to take revenge on those involved with the gruesome act. This is exactly when the rivalry sparks between the protagonist and the antagonist played by Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil respectively. Ajay's character will be an author backed one. This will be the second collaboration between Allu Arjun, Sukumar and Ajay after Arya 2. The trio is working on something special this time around as well.

Sukumar seems to have penned several supporting characters in Pushpa and the stellar lead cast proves the same. The film marks the coming together of several top-tier actors. Pair the acting prowess of these artists with Sukumar's intricate vision and this collaboration itself looks very interesting on paper. While the main narrative revolves around the arch rivalry between Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil, the subplots featuring other actors like Ajay, Anasuya, and other actors will add an additional layer to the entire film.

Pushpa: The Rise is announced for theatrical release this Christmas season and it is one of the highly anticipated films of the year. Devi Sri Prasad composes the music for the rustic actioner. Given the fact that this is the maiden pan-India attempt of Allu Arjun and Sukumar, both these powerhouses are eager to hit it out of the park on the big stage. Mthri Movie Makers are spending in upwards of Rs 250 crores on the Pushpa duology, as revealed by the producer, Ravi Shankar recently.
