From long time there are rumours that Anushka Shetty will be part of another historical film, based on the life and times of Hyderabad's queen Bhagamathi.
Finally it seems like this project has taken off, with UV Productions jumping into the production scene. Today the film's muhurat event was held in the morning at UV Productions office, for which Anushka has also attended. Pilla Zamindar fame Ashok is directing this movie, but UV team hasn't confirmed if this Bhagmati is about history or not.
This is another woman-centric film for Anushka after the likes of Arundathi, Rudramadevi and Size Zero where she played lead roles.
