The much-awaited Pan-India film coming from Tollywood RRR is gearing up for the release. The Rajamouli directorial will set the theatres on fire from the 25th of this month. Fans and audiences are eagerly waiting for RRR's arrival which was postponed a few times earlier.
Ahead of the release, the Andhra Pradesh government came up with a piece of good news for the makers. It is said that the government gave its nod for the makers to hike the ticket prices. As per the new relaxation, the ticket prices can be increased by Rs 100 more.
The decision comes a day after Rajamouli and DVV Danayya met CM Jagan in Andhra Pradesh. During the meeting, the duo gave a detailed explanation of how the ticket pricing hike is crucial. Having been satisfied with their explanation, the government gave a green signal.
This will surely bring a smile to the faces of RRR makers for the matter of the fact that no film got such a helping hand from the government ever since the ticket rates issue had popped up. RRR had managed to hear some good news from the government.
By giving a nod for the price hike, CM Jagan also kept his promise. Back when the Tollywood delegation met him, Jagan promised to lend a helping hand to big films that were made with big budgets. Going by the same promise, he did the same.
RRR is a special film for many reasons. The high budget involved is one reason and two big names from Tollywood NTR and Ram Charan coming together is also a big reason. NTR will be seen as Gond tribes revolutionary leader Komaram Bheem, while Ram Charan is playing Alluri Sitarama Raju in the Pan-India film.
