AR Murugadoss is one of the most popular filmmakers in India. He delivered hits with Tamil star hero, Vijay in Kaththi, Thuppakki. Also, he did give hits to Aamir Khan in Ghajini and Akshay Kumar with Holiday. The director is called as a smart person by Akshay Kumar before too. But he recently delivered a huge failure with Mahesh Babu, Spyder. Now, he wants to correct all the mistakes and deliver a hit in Tamil with Vijay.
His last two films, Akira in Hindi and Spyder in Telugu ended up flops, so he has taken extra care to make a smashing hit with Vijay as per his close sources. His team is busy with the script work and by January 1st, they will announce the title and the movie, officially as per the Tamil media reports. The movie is said to be gearing up for Diwali release.
The latest reports also suggest that after this movie, Murugadoss will make Million Dollar Baby remake with Akshay Kumar as the coach. Even though Akshay Kumar knew that the movie will be close to Saala Khadoos, the actor thought it is the best film for him to make. Murugadoss will take over the project once he completes Vijay's film.
