In Talk: Arjun Reddy's Satellite woes!

Update: 2017-09-05 11:44 GMT
'Arjun Reddy' is the most controversial film in the recent past. Controversies have generated tremendous hype and helped the movie garner unbelievable revenues. A new trend has been created by the Team with a bold subject and equally effective marketing strategy.

Surprisingly, The Satellite Rights of 'Arjun Reddy' remained unsold so far. Entertainment Channels would usually compete to buy the Satellite Rights of blockbusters. There are no takers even though 'Arjun Reddy' went on to become a triple blockbuster. Here is why it happened…

'Arjun Reddy' is a film cleared by Censor Board with an 'A' Certificate. There are few dialogues and scenes which family audience mayn't accept. As per the norms, A Certificate Films can't be allowed for TV Premieres. Makers need to remove bold/objectionable scenes before approaching for re-censor to obtain 'U/V' certificate, Only then it can be aired on Television. If such scenes were removed from a film like 'Arjun Reddy', The essence of subject will be lost and people mayn't appreciate it much. What strategy would Team Arjun Reddy prefer to overcome the hurdle?
