Threatening Calls To Actress & Her Family

Do you remember King Nagarjuna film 'Super'? Do you remember one of the heroines of the film Ayesha Takia? She has impressed the Telugu audience with her glamorous looks with the debut film itself.  She focused on Bollywood and went on to do several Hindi films later.  She didn't work on Telugu films after landing in Mumbai.

Ayesha got married to Farhan Azmi later.  In a recent development, Farhan Azmi revealed that they were troubled by an unknown person.  He said that the person is making threatening calls to Ayesha and warning to kill her family members.  He took to Twitter and tweeted that "My wife @Ayeshatakia, mother & sisters are being harassed, threatened stalked by a litigant, @MumbaiPolice #dcpDahiya refusing to answer my calls or messages. #DahiyaIPS has illegally frozen our bank accounts Dear PM @narendramodi ji @SushmaSwaraj Pls intervene!! #betibachao."

Farhan also revealed that details about his police complaint and the messages he sent to DCP Dahiya.  In another tweet, he asked DCP to wake up.. "Dear Mr Dahiya DCP ZONE 9, wake up, answer my calls and help us @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice @DevenBhartiIPS @narendramodi @Dev_Fadnavis @Ayeshatakia."

CP Deven Bharti responded to the tweet and promised him to look into the issue.  Ayesha's husband responded and thanked him "Thank you @DevenBhartiIPS Ji #MumbaiPolice for stepping in. I trust the Mumbai Police. 3 rotten apples cannot spoil #theappletree @CPMumbaiPolice @MumbaiPolice."

The whole episode has grabbed the attention of the netizens and they are wondering why police acting in a careless manner when a celebrity approached them.  They are saying what about common people's complaints when they are not even responding to celebrities.
