Producer Shobu Yarlagadda has decided to answer his critics strongly. As there are numerous rumoured stories doing rounds about the upcoming 100 crore spectacle Baahubali, producer of the film Shobu Yarlagadda stated that the flick is not based on any mythological story of India.
As it is doing rounds, Baahubalis characters are not sculpted out of the Mahaabharat neither the story had any connection with the legendary tale. Baahubali is original in all of its aspects, said Shobu, clarifying about the movie.
A look at characters like Bijjala Deva played by Naser and that of Bhlladeva played by Rana reminds us of iconic epic Mahaabharat characters like Sakuni and Duryodhana. Thats why rumours are rife that this epic drama is loosely based on the Indian mythology.
