Update: 2021-07-31 06:10 GMT
Ever since the combination of Mega Powerstar Ram Charan and elite director Shankar came together, the expectations have been massive around this duo. They united to make a pan-Indian film with a powerful story and Dil Raju will be bankrolling it. Star music composer Thaman will take care of the tunes and background score and the shooting is expected to begin soon.

There has been a lot of discussion going around the heroine who will be romancing Charan in this prestigious movie and a lot of names were heard. But the official update came out now and ravishing beauty Kiara Advani has been selected as the heroine. It is Kiara's birthday today and this huge update is surely going to please her fans. The team released a click where Kiara Advani and Shankar are seen having a serious discussion.

Ram Charan and Kiara Advani paired up once in 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' which was released in 2019 and Shankar's project will be the second one. Her inclusion in Ram Charan-Shankar's film is going to be a huge asset for the team as Kiara has craze in both North and South parts of the country. Kiara is currently working on some huge Bollywood films. Her 'Shershaah' is all set to release on Amazon Prime Video on August 12th.

Apart from Shankar's film, Ram Charan is working on 'RRR' in which he will be seen as Alluri Seetharamaraju. This gigantic film is expected to hit the screens on 13th October. Also, Charan is working with Koratala Siva for the first time in 'Acharya'. He plays the role of Siddha and his brief character is expected to be crucial for the movie. He will be sharing screen space with his father Chiranjeevi once again in this social drama.

Shankar who has stopped working on 'Indian 2' has currently shifted his entire focus on his pan-Indian film with Charan. After that, he will work with Bollywood hero Ranveer Singh. It is going to be a Hindi adaptation of Shankar's own big blockbuster 'Anniyan'. Shankar is in need of a big hit right now as he is making a lot of average flicks in the last decade. Both 'I', '2.0' and 'Snehithudu' were lauded for its technical finesse but got panned for its dragging narration and mediocre content. Let us see what he does with Charan's project.
