BJP leaders busy with yatras, ignore Huzurabad?

Update: 2021-08-12 10:15 GMT
Is the BJP going to leave Eatala Rajender in the lurch? Why is it that no BJP leader has so far toured Huzurabad? Despite the hectic campaigning in Huzurabad, no major leader has cared to join Eatala's campaign so far? Instead, the BJP leaders are busy organising two yatras – one led by union minister G KIshan Reddy and the other by state president Bandi Sanjay.

The only BJP leader who visited Huzurabad during the last one month is Muralidhar Rao. He had visited Huzurabad for a private programme. He did not try to meet Eatala. Similarly, vocal leaders like MLA Raghunandan Rao, MP Dharmapuri Aravind, national vice-president DK Aruna and Dr K Laxman did not even bother to visit Huzurabad.

Meanwhile, the party is busy with two yatras. The first yatra is by G Kishan Reddy and is named Jan Ashirvad Yatra. Kishan Reddy would cover Mahabubabad, Mulug, Narsampet and Warangal on August 16 and on  August 17, he would cover Yadadri, Bhongir, Ghatkesar and Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency.  Though he is making a night stay at Warangal, he is not covering Huzurabad.

Similarly, Sanjay has announced 220 key leaders as incharges for various legs of his padayatra. This only means that these leaders would not be available for Huzurabad polls. These leaders are busy finalising the route of Sanjay's Padayatra, which will last for 40 days in the first phase. However, some sources said that Sanjay would give a break for his yatra and might campaign for 7 days in Huzurabad.  As of now, Eatala is a lone ranger in Huzurabad and is fighting the might of the TRS.
