Malayalam films are not just known for their intriguing storylines but they are famous for their light-hearted entertainers. The star heroes in Kerala don't get stuck in an image and try something new with every film. Star heroes Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran worked on a gripping action drama like 'Lucifer' a few years back and they are back together again. This time, they are arriving with a fun family entertainer titled 'Bro Daddy'. The trailer which came out is highly entertaining and promises a laughter riot.
Mohanlal plays the role of an energetic father while Prithviraj will be seen as his son. Meena plays the role of Mohanlal's wife and Kalyani Priyadarshan is the romantic interest of Prithviraj. The trailer showcases how Eesho (Prithviraj) and Anna (Kalyani) fall for each other but the past history between their families creates a lot of drama. The one-liners, basic premise and the actors jelled pretty well. Jagadish, Mallika Sukumaran, Unni Mukundan and Soubin Shahir are playing key roles in this project.
The screenplay is provided by Sreejith & Bibin Maliekal while Deepak Dev is the music composer. Akhilesh Mohan is the editor while Abinandhan Ramanujam is the director of photography. This hilarious entertainer is all set to stream on Disney+Hotstar from 26th January.
