Copy allegations on popular movies and filmmakers have become a common these days. In a recent development, A novelist named Shyamala Rani approached Madhapur Police station and filed a case on producer Dil Raju over copy allegations. She alleged that 'Mr. Perfect' story was copied from her novel 'Naa Manasu Ninnu Kore'.
The police have registered the case under Copyright Act and started investigating the case. It is known that 'Mr. Perfect'(2011) was a super hit film starring Prabhas, Kajal, Taapsee. The movie was directed by Dasarath and it is produced by Dil Raju. The story was penned by KS Ravindra(Bobby), Solomon Abburi Ravi.
It is interesting to see a writer filing case on the film which was released six years ago. Usually, copy allegations are made on the film at the time of release are one or two months after the release. Dil Raju is yet to respond to the allegations.
