As the release date of Rajinikanth’s Kochdaiyaan draws closer, The Superstar mania is gripping the fans all over the Tamil Nadu.Hundreds of fans of superstar Rajinikanth left on a Padyatra to Tirupathi on April, 2 to pray for the success of the actor's forthcoming Tamil magnum opus Kochadaiiyaan, slated to release on April, 11.

Clad in Kochadaiyaan T-Shirts, they carried the posters of Lord Venkateswara and Rajinikanth. Almost 500 people took part in the padayatra to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam. The fans cum devotees reached the shrine and offered their prayers to the Lord on Wednesday and walked all the way down the hill too.

Kochadaiiyaan is directed by Soundarya Rajnikanth Ashwin. It is touted to be India's first photo-realistic 3D animated film.The film, which will be released in six languages, also features Deepika Padukone, Jackie Shroff, R Sarath Kumar, Nasser and Aadi Pinisetty in important roles.
